Sertica Maintenance is a planned maintenance system designed to plan, manage, monitor and document maintenance activities. The focus is on user-friendliness and quick overviews of vital information as well as easy-to-use guides for daily maintenance tasks. The crew will find that Sertica makes their day more efficient. Fleet Management Managing an entire fleet is easy with the Fleet Management module in Sertica. Superintendents can view information across the entire fleet or explore specific areas of individual vessels. Utilizing Sertica s unique data management solution, Fleet Management will always reflect the vessel s data precisely. The office can add, delete and modify data on board the vessel. The starting point is on board the vessels, from where requisitions will flow seamlessly into the technical department for technical approval. It is also possible for the purchasing department to do consolidated procurement on behalf of the vessel or fleet. The purchasing department will have a paperless workflow, managing the entire procure-to-pay workflow. Contracted items as well as individually quoted items are managed in the same solution. Sertica Dry-dock will help throughout the process from selecting jobs, defining and documenting work procedures, to obtaining and selecting quotes from relevant dry-docks. Distributing the entire work list with complete component and work order descriptions is easy. Sertica integrates to standard office programs and exports to PDF. When the project is initiated, Sertica Dry-dock will help follow up on time, costs and quality. All work related to dry-dock is kept as historical data on vessel equipment. Standard dock work lists can be reused minimizing redundant work flows. Logistics Logistics is integrated in Sertica and provides full visibility all the way through the value chain, from initial reception at central or transit warehouse, through transport, agent handling and final delivery on board. Sertica ensures that crew, superintendents, purchasers and freight forwarders have access to the right information at the right time. Supplier Connectivity As a natural part of supporting a complete paperless purchasing process from vessel to office to supplier, Sertica has a web-based pricing portal, Sertica Connect. Sertica Connect connects buyer and supplier in a oneto-one private communication regarding pricing and delivery details. The supplier benefits from receiving Request for Quotes electronically, being notified per and quoting on-line. Purchasers benefit from receiving prices electronically into Sertica, where the prices can be used for comparison between different suppliers as well as known prices from e.g. frame agreements. The received quotes can be turned directly into a Purchase Order at the click of a button, entirely without the need to re-enter any data. Sertica Connect will speed up the process, reduce the workload and minimize data errors. The supplier will receive a Purchase Order based directly on their own quote, which in turn dramatically improves the ratio of invoices matching the Purchase Order. Suppliers even have the possibility of downloading the Purchase Order in Microsoft Excel spreadsheet for easier processing in their own backend system. By using an ipad with the inspection module in Sertica, technical superintendents will experience true mobility. The superintendent can prepare a complete vessel inspection in Sertica and synchronize all inspection points on the ipad including historical data from the previous inspection. The inspection can be carried out, and all observations can be registered on the ipad complete with text and documented with images. Using an ipad with Sertica ensures unsurpassed efficiency and accuracy when carrying out inspections. Using the smaller and more portable ipod, Sertica offers functionality for stock movements and even an intuitive system for fault reporting integrated into Helpdesk and Job functionality inside Sertica. 11 Parts and inventory Spare parts, stores, and other inventory are integral in Sertica. All items stored, used and consumed can be registered in Sertica. With Sertica you can easily store supplier prices, documents, guides, drawings and other technical information. Parts can be attached to components for easy reference, and items can be tied to jobs for convenience, statistics and cost control. Our customers even benefit from integrated warehousing and stock control functionality, giving easy access to lists of stock below minimum, critical items and access to requisitions in a few clicks. Sertica can print QR barcodes for inventory and you can take stock with the App for ipod and iphone. Parts and inventory is built in, not bolted on. Financial accounts When a job is carried out, a requisition ordered, or the stock adjusted, the financial transactions are stored in Sertica. Sertica will capture the on-going costs for running a remote office, a single vessel or the entire fleet.
