1 SGNTJ INTCF Manual Registration in the *SRE * SRE (Sistema de Relación de Empresas) Communication System of the Enterprise with the INTCF (Instituto Nacional de Toxicología y Ciencias Forenses) Page 1 of 6

2 This manual provides instructions on the application procedure to request the registration of a company in the SRE (Sistema de Relación de Empresas del INTCF) (Enterprise-INTCF Communication System). Please, read carefully RELEVANT ISSUES Section (page 6); it provides information about matters that are critical for correct procedure. REGISTER A COMPANY IN THE SYSTEM Registration of the companies is a prerequisite to access the SRE (ENTERPRISE-INTCF COMMUNICATION SYSTEM) HOW TO APPLY FOR REGISTRATION IN THE SRE: Go to 'Portal de Administración de Justicia' ( + Find Toxicologia y Ciencias Forenses tab in the main screen + Click Información para empresas In Fichas/Tasas Toxicológicas window Click: SRE or > Más sobre Sistema de Relación de Empresas, SRE Page 2 of 6

3 To obtain the Registration Application Form, click link aquí To obtain the Manual (Registration in the SRE), click link Inglés Registration Application Form requires data from: The Company The Administrator User 1. Complete the form 2. Send the form (click Enviar Solicitud ) User Data (Datos del usuario) section must be completed with the Administrator User's data. The Administrator user represents her/his company, and must be a company member; moreover, she/he is responsible for all activities connected with the SRE. Subsequently, she/he may request the registration of Authorised Users (either company members or belonging to other companies, such as Technical Consultants, Manufacturers, etc), to deal with submissions on her/his behalf. The address of the company and the Administrator user may be different; however, they must have the same corporative domain (e.g.: xxxx@dominio.xx). Thus, in order to accept an application, in which Company and Administrator user s have different address domains, the Administrator user must provide a certificate confirming his agreement to this circumstance, and send it by to intcf.doc@justicia.es Page 3 of 6

4 When the Registration Application Form is completed and sent, the following window is displayed: Two options are provided: 1. Firmar Sign : Use a digital signature (Administrator user s personal certificate). The browser will require providing your digital certificate. In this case, no extra documents are required. Wait for the reply, in order to receive the Username and Password. 2. No Firmar Not sign : If you click this option, the following window is displayed: Enterprise-INTCF Communication System (SRE) REQUEST COMPANY REGISTRATION The SRE has received the registration request Your request code is: 33 If you did not include the digital signature in the Form, and in order to verify the data and accept your request, you must download these two documents: Click download icon SIT., print and sign the forms, and send them to the INTCF- Application for Registration Application Proof a) Download both documents (Click download icon ): Application for Registration (Solicitud de Alta) and Application Proof (Justificante de la Page 4 of 6

6 RELEVANT ISSUES Please, consider the following issues concerning the application for the registration procedure: - Temporarily, only the Spanish CIF (company ID) is recognized in the 'CIF' field ('Company Data' of the Registration Application Form). A maximum of 9 characters are accepted, and text must comply with a valid CIF format (it is a system-validated field). Similarly, 'CIF' field of Company Data does not admit values corresponding to NIF or DNI (Spanish personal ID numbers). Therefore, in the case of foreign enterprises and NIF-associated companies, (lacking a CIF-format ID number), they must provide the data required in the Registration Application Form, and send it by to intcf.doc@justicia.es. - Fields Número, Piso, Escalera y Puerta of the Registration Application Form must be numeric. Do not use hyphens or any other non-numeric characters in these fields. - Do not include hyphens in the address of the company or administrator user. - Complete the '2 nd family name' (Segundo apellido) field; it is mandatory. If unable to do so, please, repeat the 1st family name (Primer apellido) in that field.. Page 6 of 6
