2 How to use this document This document outlines the Marketing Toolkit available to support your Prepaid Winter Travel Card Campaign. The Toolkit has been created for your use, so you can easily create dual branded materials, with your logo, in accordance with MasterCard Branding Standards. In This Document:. Introduction. 3 Introduction The Prepaid Winter Travel Card Campaign The Prepaid Winter Travel Card Campaign targets people of all ages as they plan a Winter break. Customers are encouraged to activate a Prepaid travel card, and are incentivised with the lure of winning a trip to either New York or London when they register their details online for the Prepaid Winter National Promotion. MasterCard has intended that this campaign be adopted by both Prepaid Programme Managers and Issuers, and executed by them to help drive take-up and activation of MasterCard Prepaid cards. The Prepaid Winter Travel Card Campaign toolkit consists of specially designed travel card collateral- a customer marketing , an A3 posters and an animated flash banner for your use. The templates have been designed in a way that enables you to customise them with your company s logo and Prepaid card.
4 Customer Marketing Materials 1 An HTML has been designed, which you can send to potential customers to communicate the benefits of your company s Prepaid travel card. We hope this will help to generate interest in your company s card, and encourage take-up and activation. 2 Certain areas of the can be customisedan image of your company s card and your company logo can be inserted. 6 Customer Marketing Materials banners The first three rotations each depict a different benefit: a. Accepted worldwide b. Safer than cash c. 24/7 ATM access A series of animated flash banners have been designed, which can be used to create awareness among potential customers of the security benefits of your company s Prepaid travel card. We hope these flash banners will help to generate interest in your company s card, and drive take-up and activation. The flash banner series includes five rotations. a. b. c. d. e. 1 2 d. The fourth rotation is a call to action Get your (programme) MasterCard Prepaid travel card here e. The final banner rotation offers an incentive for customers to buy your company s travel card. If the customer buys a travel card, then registers their details on a designated MasterCard page, they will be entered into a prize draw to win a trip to either New York or London. 1 2 Insert your card programme name. Place your company bank card.
7 Incentive: Prepaid Winter National Promotion Customers who acquire a MasterCard Prepaid travel card are required to load 100 or more to activate, thus making them eligible to enter the MasterCard Prepaid Winter promotion. To enter, customers simply register their details at and can then choose whether they would like to enter the prize draw to win either a Priceless trip to New York or London. The two prizes available are as follows: he two prizes available are as follows: New York: The first cardholder drawn at random in the New York prize draw will win a prize package for 2 adults to New York comprising return economy flights from London to New York, airport taxes and fuel surcharges, return transfers from the airport to the hotel, 3 nights accommodation at the 4* Ink48 Hotel, bottle of Champagne in room on arrival, dinner at the Jean-Georges restaurant, personal shopper at Saks Fifth Avenue department store, $350 spending money on a MasterCard Prepaid card, private picnic in Central Park with private butler and travel insurance. Prize does not include transport to and from London and the winner / guest s home(s). London: The first cardholder drawn at random in the London prize draw will win a prize package for 2 adults to London comprising 100 travel allowance per person, 3 nights accommodation at The Cumberland Hotel, bottle of Champagne in room on arrival, dinner at Marcus Wareing at The Berkeley Hotel, private personal shopper at Liberty, 350 spending money on a MasterCard Prepaid card, private tour of London in a classic Rolls Royce car with chauffeur and a private capsule on the EDF Energy London Eye with a bottle of Champagne.
8 approval of artwork All customised marketing collateral must be approved by MasterCard before the assets can be used as part of your communications campaign. Please contact your MasterCard Relationship Manager for approval, and allow at least 48 hours for approval.
