Web Based ctive Competence (C) Flexible Learning ractical rofile roduct Different situations call for different training methods. Sometimes speed and locations are of the essence; at other times, the priority is to let students learn at their own pace, whenever and wherever they wish. We deliver a choice of training methods to suit different needs. Classroom > Real-time teaching and interaction with our experienced instructors > Sharing of experience between course delegates > Held at SR echnics purpose-designed training facilities or at customer locations Web Based > Students complete training modules at their own pace, at any time or place > vailable for art 66 basic module training > C ctive Competence > irbus training program using special simulation tools > Some practical training completed in the classroom, e.g., cockpit training, troubleshooting real faults, etc. ircraft ype ractical > Hands-on training on operating aircraft and in workshops > Experience gained from actual situations SR echnics 0

8 : Blended Learning rofile roduct ircraft ype Blended learning in accordance with ES art-66 and local authorities his modern training method complements classroom style courses in accordance with ES requirements. It offers a level of convenience combining the flexibility of Web-Based training (WB) and the insight of our instructors. n instructor led classroom review seminar is held at the end of the WB selfstudy period of three months. he WB theoretical knowledge acquired is verified by standardized examinations. Students receive an ES certificate upon successful completion of the exam. he training consists of: > n online introduction to WB > maintenance training module(s) by means of WB > Supporting documents > eletutor support during the Learning ime > Review Classroom Seminar > Examination Benefits of Web Based > Reduces time in class and away from work > Cost saving (omits travelling and hotel accommodation expenses) > Course content customizable to client s training needs > ll learning types are supported through the use of audio and video aid > No time or location constraints > Unlimited course attendees, no waiting lists > Flexible course completion period Blended Learning imeline WB Intro WB Self-study Review Seminar Exam day months days day SR echnics 0 8
