2 Our Company FOCUS IT (formerly Focus IT Co. Ltd.) was formed in 2009 as a Partnership. It has undergone a change in its incorporation in 2010 to a Corporation with a new corporate name, Focus IT Corp, bringing in highly qualified individuals, each with more than ten years of work experience in the IT consulting business. Majority of the team is comprised of CPAs, who were formerly consultants of Oracle (Phils.) Corp., with global industry experience in various sectors such as financial services, retail, telecommunications, education, manufacturing and government. They are all committed to ensure customer satisfaction through their dedication, expertise and drive for success. Our consulting services are organized by two major lines of business: Applications Consulting and Technology/Technical Services. Each line of business is supported by a team of consultants with a mixture of industry, business and information systems knowledge. They are capable of formulating business strategies, designing organizational structures, providing solution blueprints, transforming them into excellent operational service functions, utilizing and optimizing leading edge Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications. We are one of Oracle Education s accredited suppliers to deliver Oracle Applications Instructor Led Training courses. Trainings are conducted at Oracle Education Center. 7
