2 Genesis Touch One Touch Video One Touch video simplifies video conferencing between bt care providers, patients, physicians, and family members. Overview Provides a simplified interface to enable patients to connect to care managers,,physicians and families. Improves patient care by keeping the care team connected. Enables family involvement, providing reassurance that loved ones are receiving appropriate care. Requirements Wi Fi in the patients home. Fuze Meeting license. 2

3 Objectives This training module is intended for care providers who have basic Fuze Meeting knowledge. At the end of this module, you will be able to: Download the FuzeMeeting video application. Schedule meetings to initiate one touch video visits Configure Genesis Touch tablets for one touch video visits. Initiate and host a one touch video visit. 3

5 Care Provider Workflow: Establish a Fuze Account On your computer, open your internet browser, purchase a Fuze license at Go to Sl Select tlog In. 5

6 Care Provider Workflow: Establish an Account Download the application. Select Download. Select Allow. Type the address used to establish your Fuze account. Type the password sent to that address by Fuze. Select Login. 6 * These screens will only appear the first time you download and log into the account.

8 Care Provider Workflow: Planning Meetings The Genesis Touch must be pre configured with a meeting identifier to support one touch video visits. We recommend that you pre configure a meeting and use it to host multiple and/or recurring video visits using the same meeting identifier. 8

10 Care Provider Workflow: Scheduling a Meeting Select Schedule a Meeting. Enter a subject and description, (required fields). Select Save and Send Request. 10 Note: The To field and time and date fields are not important at this time. You are scheduling a set up meeting to obtain a meeting identifier.

11 Care Provider Workflow: Scheduling a Meeting A meeting dashboard appears showing your scheduled meetings: 11 Note: This is the screen from which you will initiate meetings. You can use the same meeting identifier to hold meetings over and over as long as the patient s tablet is configured, or until you delete the meeting.

13 Configuring Genesis Touch for Video Visits Video needs to be enabled on the Genesis Touch hbefore you can conduct a one touch video visit. Select the icon on the Home screen. 13

17 Configuring Genesis Touch One Touch Video Select Display Video Button. A check mark indicates that video is enabled. No check mark indicates that video is not enabled. Video enabled: 17 * Video functionality is turned off when the Genesis Touch is shipped from the factory.

18 Configuring Genesis Touch for One Touch Video Select Automatically start camera. A check mark indicates that the participant s video camera will be started t upon joining i the video visit. iit No check mark indicates that the video visit will be joined without the camera enabled. Camera on: 18

19 Configuring Full Screen Mode for One Touch Video Select Start video in full screen. A check mark indicates that the host and participants video images will fill the screen. No check mark indicates that the images will not automatically fill the screen. Full screen mode: 19

20 Configuring Automatically Start Audio for One Touch Video Select Automatically start audio. A check mark indicates VoIP audio will automatically be started. t No check mark indicates that they will have to manually select the audio vehicle. Audio selection area will not appear when patient joins video visit: 20

21 Configuring Caption Customization for One Touch Video Select Enable custom caption. A check mark indicates that the default caption can be changed. No check mark indicates that custom caption is not enabled. The default caption appears. Caption location: 21

24 Setting a Meeting Identifier for One Touch Video Select Meeting identifier for one touch video visit. The meeting identifier is provided by Fuze License holder. Consists of license/meeting number.* 24 The meeting identifier is located on the Fuze meeting dashboard. It is the number for the setup meeting you previously scheduled. *See next slide for details.

25 Example: Finding the Meeting Identifier On your PC, log into your Fuze account. Select Meetings List. Use the license number/meeting number. 25 Url: Meeting Identifier = License number/meeting number

26 Setting a Meeting Identifier for One Touch Video Type in the meeting identifier for one touch and select OK. Select the key until you return to the Settings screen. 26

27 Confirming that Video is Enabled To confirm one touch configuration, select About on the Setting screen. 27

The meeting number appears on the top. The Genesis Touch must be configured to use the same meeting number. Call patient on phone and have them join the meeting. Meeting number

36 Care Provider Workflow: Accepting an Attendee When the patient joins the video visit, ii the care provider receives a meeting request on the PC: Sl Select Accept. The attendee s description i (caption) appears in the Web Attendees area: 36
