Our Internet Banking is safe and easy to use. Here are just some of the fantastic features: transfer money between your accounts, to other credit union accounts, or another financial institution view and pay bills using Bpay view your statements online with estatements retrieve, export and print transaction history confirm the interest you ve earned apply for a loan set up alerts to keep an eye on your account activity transfer funds overseas activate your card online update your card status easily and quickly to avoid unauthorised use of lost or stolen cards.

3 mobile banking If you re a mobile phone addict or are on the go a lot, our phone app is for you. You can transfer money, check balances, and perform other banking tasks while you re out and about, easy! Download our app for ios or Android. phone banking Our Phone Banking lets you do your banking over the phone easily. You ll be able to retrieve account information, transfer funds, pay bills and order transaction listings. Once registered, call or if you re overseas, call Enter your customer number and access code New users - a temporary access code will be verbally advised by staff. You ll be asked to change your access code to one of your choosing. Please do not use a simple sequence or birth dates. Your code shouldn t be easily guessed and you can change it at any time. To register for SMS Alerts or to set up an alert once you ve registered, simply log into Internet Banking or ask our friendly staff to help. estatements Be first in line to get your statements and help the environment. With estatements, you ll get an alert each month when your statement is ready. It ll be available sooner, as you don t need to wait for it to be posted out, and it s easily accessed online.
