1 Creative Director and Project Manager Job Description My role as creative director and project manager at UNIVERSALD Inc. includes managing and building production teams which include motion graphics, video, 3D animation and web developers. I work closely with each department s director of development and artists on every production. I oversee productions as a consultant and service provider to determine production manpower, creative direction, proposal reviews, information technology, growth plans, and business development. Consultation and creative direction primarily consists of motion graphics, video, animation, design and web development productions. I have personally managed projects in various stages of development at one time. I am the primary project manager for the bulk of production work that is contracted through the studio. I lead and coordinate multiple conference calls, establish production cycles, client and team asset requirements, hardware and software allocation, as well as establish the appropriate team members for each production. An important part of this job also includes acting as a liaison between the client, sales team and production staff, to ensure project scope, time, budget and positive relationships are maintained throughout the duration of the entire production cycle. As a creative director I work with our staff writers, artists, clients, marketing and sales members. I assist in developing client messaging, visual and interactive treatments for multiple productions. This includes both the creation, management and review of scripts, user interface designs, print advertisements, motion graphic designs, 2D animation, 3D models, 3D animation, compositing, character designs, storyboards, animatics, directing both video and audio recording sessions, casting, audio and video editing, dvd authoring, video encoding, html, css, flash web coding implementation review and collaborative database architecture design. I am also responsible for screening, hiring, reallocating, terminating, contractors, staff members and outsourcing partners. As a project manager I utilize multiple project management software packages including, Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, Project and 37 Signals on line project management software called Basecamp. I work very closely with our production staff, marketing and sales members, to determine production timelines, schedules, shot lists, software and hardware requirements, individual project asset lists and costs associated with each production. This includes both in house and external production estimates for graphic design, motion graphic development, 2D animation 3D modeling, animation, video production, multimedia development for PC, iphone, ipad, website development and social media campaigns.

CLIENT: AMKUS RESCUE SYSTEMS Amkus Rescue Systems / Proforma Blu-ray Disc, Web Cast, Interactive Disc Description: Amkus Rescue Systems contracted our team to develop a product and service overview motion graphics video presentation. This video is used at trade shows, interactive sales presentations and on line in conjunction with the re-design of their website. Role: Creative Director, Project Manager - Worked with a lead motion graphics and interactive artists to develop and approve visual design treatments for the client. Managed and developed production schedules while maintaining quality control with final approval for client submission.

This video is used at trade shows, sales presentations and on line. 4 MOTION GRAPHICS DEVELOPMENT CLIENT: NETWORK BILLING SYSTEMS (NBS) Network Billing Systems NBS / Proforma Blu-ray Disc, Web Cast Telecommunications Description: NBS contracted contracted our team to develop a high quality company overview video. The video presentation was initially developed for a trade show presentation and later edited to recruit new agents. The video is used in multiple presentation, sales and recruitment environments throughout the company. Role: Project Manager-Managed and developed production schedules while maintaining quality control with final approval for client submission. Coordinated change requests and additional production costs associated with new client requests. CLIENT: PORSCHE CLUB OF AMERICA Porsche Club of America / Proforma Blu-ray Disc, Web Cast, Interactive Disc Automotive Description: Porsche Club of America contracted our team to develop a motion graphics video presentation to promote Porsche Club of America s biggest event of the year. This video was shown at the event and on line as part of a social media campaign.

5 MOTION GRAPHICS DEVELOPMENT CLIENT: SARPINO S PIZZERIA Sarpino s Pizzeria Interactive Disc Food Service Description: Sarpino s Pizzeria contracted our team to convert their training manuals to an interactive presentation. Each job title s procedure manual was converted to scripts, and trivia questions were established based on each script s content. Each presentation was included on an interactive disc developed in Flash. Role: Creative Director, Project Manager - Managed and developed video and interactive development production schedules, while maintaining quality control with final approval for multiple client milestone submissions. Coordinated auditions for on screen casting talent options for the client. Directed video shoots for green screen, interior and exterior productions. Reviewed and approved keyed footage, edit sessions, video graphics, interactive design and functionality treatments. CLIENT: STOKKE Stokke / Proforma Web Cast Description: Stokke develops high end European children s furniture. We were contracted to develop an instructional video for the TRIPP TRAPP chair. This video maintains strict international style guide and legal requirements. The video production included: storyboarding, 3D animation, motion graphics, green screen video production, and photography. Role: Creative Director, Project Manager - Managed and developed production schedules, maintained quality control with final approval for client submission. Develop a collaborative photo based story board for the client. Coordinated auditions for on screen casting talent options for the client. Direct green screen and residential video and photo shoots. Work closely with the 3D animation department to create models, and animation used in conjunction with motion graphics, photography and video content.

6 CLIENT: TECH GLOBAL MOTION GRAPHICS DEVELOPMENT Tech Global DVD, Web Cast Technology Description: Tech Global contracted our team to develop a product and service overview motion graphics video presentation. This video is used at trade shows, sales presentations and on line in conjunction with the re-design of their website. CLIENT: WESTFIELD GROUP Westfield Group / Proforma ipad, Web Cast Healthcare Description: What is Menopur? is an informative medical communications video targeted at high level medical specialists. This video is used in both informative and sales production environments. Role: Creative Director, Project Manager - Managed and developed production schedules while maintaining quality control with final approval for client submission. Directed voice acting talent and edited voice over files for approval. Edited and developed custom 2D motion graphics and video sequences that were integrated with our in house 3D animation department s image sequences.

7 MOTION GRAPHICS DEVELOPMENT CLIENT: WESTERN MICHIGAN UNIVERSITY Western Michigan University / Proforma Web Cast, Digital Publication Education Description: The client required a high energy overview video of their sports department. We developed a stylized motion graphics video that was embedded into an online digital publication. Role: Creative Director, Project Manager - Worked with lead motion graphics artist to develop CLIENT: UNIVERSITY OF WINNIPEG University of Winnipeg / Proforma DVD, Web Cast, Digital Publication Healthcare Description: The University of Winnipeg contracted our team to develop multiple videos of their campus and educational courses. The videos were used to recruit new students and were developed for DVD s, online digital publications, and websites. Role: Creative Director, Project Manager. Worked with lead motion graphics artist to develop schedules and shot lists while maintaining quality control with final approval for client submission.
