1 Development on eayso is a continuous process. Recently several enhancements have been made to the system that can benefit you in your Volunteer role with AYSO. One change in particular is very noteworthy. Regions now have the ability to filter on Players and Volunteers who have an incomplete E- Signature application. Such individuals are neither an Applicant (A) or Registered (R). They now have the status of NE for No E-Signature. With this filter, a Region can pull up all Player as well as Volunteer applications that have the new NE status. The Region can contact these individuals and have them complete the process by logging into eayso and selecting a few links. Missing E-Signature Filter Enhancement If you are an esignature Region and you are missing players/volunteers it means that the esignature on their application is incomplete. We have added an enhancement filter that will help you identify these players/volunteers. This modification adds a new filter for both Players and Volunteers. You will find the new filter modification in the following two screens: Region > Player > Registration and Region > Volunteer > Registration Upon filtering by E-Sign Incomplete status all the incomplete E-Signature records will be displayed. The Registrar/CVPA and/or Regional Commissioner will have to identify the players/volunteers that are missing esignature and then contact the parent/volunteer to complete their application by submitting their electronic signature. For example, for Players, select the Region > Player > Registration menu. Then, use the Filtered By drop down list box and select E-Sign Incomplete. 1

2 The results will show as follows: A new status is introduced. From now on NE refers to Not E-Signature. Specifically, these are Players not designated as either an Applicant (A) or Registered (R). Their application process was broken off before the E-Signature was applied to the application. This screen is just to display those players/volunteers that are missing the esignature. You will not be able to Register or Drop/Delete the player/volunteer from this screen. You will have to contact the parent/volunteer to finish off the application. Once a Registrar and/or Regional Commissioner determine a Player to fall into this (NE) Not Esignature category, they need to contact the Parent and have them login to eayso.org with their login and password and click on Update Player Information. On the next screen they will have to click on Edit next to the player s name that is missing the esignature. 2

You will not be able to Register or Drop/Delete the player/volunteer from this screen. You will have to contact the parent/volunteer to finish off the application.

3 They must go through all the screens and make sure they submit their electronic signature and complete the application completely. They need to click on the I agree to use an electronic signature box and type in their name, then click on Continue. The page will refresh and then they will see their signature in blue and a date stamp. They will then click submit. 3

4 The next screen will give them the option to print the form if they want to: Once the application is completed, the Player is designated as an Applicant (A) and will no longer have the (NE) Not E-signature designation. They will no longer appear under the E-Sign Incomplete filter. The exact same process can now be applied to Volunteers as well. Specifically, a CVPA and/or Regional Commissioner can select the Region > Volunteer > Registration pick off the menu and filter applications by the E-Sign Incomplete selection. 4

5 The volunteer will have to be contacted by the CVPA or RC and instructed to submit their esignature by login back into eayso.org and clicking on Update Volunteer Information They will have to go through all the screens and Make sure they completely submit the application after signing the application just like the player. IMPORTANT NOTE: Usually parents/volunteers having issues with esignature in eayso.org is because of browser compatibility. Please ask the parents/volunteers to disable pop up blockers and ONLY use Internet Explorer or Firefox. Our system DOES NOT support Chrome Browser, Safari Browser, Mobile or Tablet devices. 5
