5 MIE Trak PRO Modules and Features User Defined Start Up Screen Each individual user can create unique start up screens. Request for Customer Quotes Module RFQs can be entered by anyone and gives the organization visibility of open RFQs. Once completed the RFQ can be ed as a quote letter and be scheduled for follow ups. When a purchase order is received the RFQ can be converted into a sales order. 6 Detailed Quote Module Gives the organization the ability to have anyone that can read a drawing create a quote by using custom formulas and tables specific to the organization for calculating the different operations used to make the part. BOM items have predefined costs when picked. Multiple quantity breakouts and complex assemblies can be quoted. Any type of file can be attached to the quote and viewed. There is a Quick Quote feature for doing simple quotes and any item can have an unlimited number of quotes associated with it. Cad Integration Module There is a DXF File Analyzer, Solid Works Importer and MetaQuote option for estimating actual run times per part and material utilization. 7 Project Module The Project module gives the user the ability to manage multiple RFQs and the user can establish budgets for the project. These carry down to the Sales Orders as well. Sales Order Module The sales order module has the ability to enter multiple line items and multiple releases for each line item. 8 Electronic Sales Order Import The user has the ability to import csv or excel format files to create or update sales orders. Quality Control Module The Quality Control feature gives the user the ability to register discrepancies, identify dispositions and record corrective and preventative actions. 9 Work Order Creation MIE Trak gives the user the ability to create and release Work Orders in batch either by sales order or sales order query. Work Order Module Gives the user the ability to group multiple sales orders for one part on a single work order and monitor costs, track the progress of the parts through the facility, schedule loading on the equipment and complete parts to inventory. The Quality Control feature gives the user the ability to register discrepancies, identify dispositions and record corrective and preventative actions. 12 Real Time Tracking Work order tracking gives the user the ability to view the status of jobs and bill of materials needed and used to date. Production Overview Module Gives the user the ability to visually see what employees are currently working on, if they are currently over the estimated time on the sequence. 13 Work Center Load Gives the user the ability to view specific Work Center Loading and to level the schedule to see how far out the work center is booked. 15 Scheduling Advisor Executive Dashboard Gives the user the ability to access an overview of key management data and then be able to drill down to the detailed information. Whiteboard Scheduling Gives the user the ability to schedule individual machines in work centers and assign specific employees to perform the work if so desired. 16 Purchase Order Module The user has the ability to send RFQs to multiple suppliers in relation to the purchase order before the purchase order is issued. Create the Purchase Order from the Work Order Bill of Material requirements or straight to inventory. Purchase Order Request Module The user has the ability to enter a request into a centralized requisition module for purchasing to review and order. 17 Purchase Order Receiving Module The user has the ability to receive in material and confirm to inventory, attach documents (certifications) that can be tagged to be printed with packing slips/invoices based on if it has been issued to a work order associated to a sales order. This helps to eliminate the need to look up a certification to send with a packing slip. The user can create a rejection quality report for rejected items to return to the vendor and to be used for vendor performance analysis for ISO vendor evaluations. MRP Modules The MRP module gives the user the ability to explode the open sales orders, forecasts and open work orders in components and bill of materials requirements. 18 Inventory Module The user has the ability to maintain inventories in unlimited locations differentiating certified material. Inventory can be reserved and transferred between locations. Physical inventories can be taken based on cycle days. Locations are defined by the user so they can be both, local or remote locations. Consignment inventory can be differentiated and valued. Define how the hours will be calculated towards overtime. Preventive Maintenance Module The user has the ability to create preventive maintenance and unplanned maintenance work orders for any piece of equipment or asset for production equipment to inspection equipment for recertification as required by ISO requirements.
