3 Tecniberia Today Spanish Association of Engineering, Consultancy and Technological Services Companies Tecniberia is the employer s counterpart in discussions with labour unions to establish work conditions in the engineering consultancy sector. It is also the umbrella association for firms in this sector in Spain, being an interlocutor between its members and the competent authorities.
