(which is how white is created with light) RGB white generates unintended shimmering that shifts depending on the site line. Reduce your 100% RGB values to avoid this effect. All material used for installations must conform to this city code. The listed MEA number [Materials & Equipment Acceptability] must be supplied. Graphic producer to provide affidavit of flame proofing specifying MEA Number and attesting that the sign was made from fire retardant or noncombustible fabric. MEA number to be printed on a self-adhesive label that can be viewed from the street or roadway with the aid of binoculars. Please include affidavit in packing slip and have MEA number printed on the packing slip or carton/shipping tube. Inks: Inks must be weatherproof/waterproof with sufficient UV protection, and in compliance with product bulletin specifications of substrate manufacturer. Finishing: There should be vertical seaming only and pockets should be heat seamed. 4 pole pockets contained within the bleed on all four sides. 7 Frame/Trim: 6 h x 11-4 w Live area: 5 h x 11 w PAPER JUNIOR POSTER Print Fabrication: Screen-print or offset lithography. Copy is usually produced in 3 sections. Each section having an overlap of one inch, right over left. Overlap areas must be unprinted and unvarnished. Registration marks must be clearly printed in top and bottom margins Material / Substrant: Stock must have sufficient weight, tensile-strength, and opacityto prevent show-through of previous poster copy. Paper must also be sufficiently porous to allow for adhesion, and should be free of agents or materials which would preclude posting. Posting will be performed by CBS employees using Formetco 1030, starch base paste, or equivalent. Inks: Inks must be weatherproof/waterproof with sufficient UV protection, and in compliance with product bulletin specifications of substrate manufacturer. Suggested Mechanical Sizes : Recommended mechanical size: 90 h x 90 w with adequate bleed to accommodate pockets. Output resolution at full size must be between dpi. For artwork prepared to a scale of 1 =1, effective resolution in mechanical should be between dpi. All art bleeds to end of pockets on mechanical. Any fonts or live images used in the file must be provided. Finishing: Pockets - heat seamed. Vertical seaming ONLY - NO HORIZONTAL SEAMING
