3 General Information Materials We have a large variety of fabrics and materials, each has it s own characteristics or properties with varying textures, color saturation, light refraction and level of indoor/outdoor quality. Inks We print with water and latex based inks that are eco-friendly while maintaining a high pigment content to deliver the most vibrant colors possible. Art and Design Accomplishing the highest quality of print is our number one goal. If you wish to send us your art, we prefer vector files (.pdf,.eps,.ai), but can accept raster files (.jpeg,.psd,.tiff) with a high resolution. We also staff exceptional designers who will be happy to help with any design. (Design fees will be quoted on a job by job basis.) If you have a specific color to match, we ask that you bring it our attention early in the process. Colors that you see on your computer may not precisely translate to our printer unless specified. A proof is available for any art, whether it be electronic or printed. Production and shipping fees will apply when seeking a printed proof.
