1 Instructions for Registering for a Miradi Account & Installing Miradi Software Version: March 2015

2 Introduction The following slides guide users through the process for registering for a Miradi account that will provide access to both Miradi desktop and MiradiShare. Users that lack Administrator access on their MAC or PC may need assistance from their IT department to complete Miradi desktop installation. 4 Creating an Account Navigate to Click Log In to create or update an account.

5 Creating an Account If you have an existing Miradi Share account or a Miradi account under this new system, proceed with your username and password. You will be directed to the Miradi homepage. New subscribers will need to request an account.

6 Creating an Account (New Subscribers) All new users need to create an account to enable downloads. No payment is required for creating an account.

7 Creating an Account (New Subscribers) A welcome page will appear with information regarding an account confirmation . Go to this account to find the confirmation . You may need to check your spam folder. your. @service.com

8 Creating an Account (New Subscribers) Open the confirmation from Keystone Account Verification. Click the link provided in the to activate your account.

10 Creating an Account (New Subscribers) Congratulations, you now have a Miradi account. Click Home to return to the Miradi homepage.

11 Select a Subscription Type Click here to see prices and select a subscription.

12 Select a Subscription Type Scroll down the page to view and select a subscription option.

13 Select a Subscription Type Choose the subscription type that best suits your needs and enter your credit card information.

14 Select a Subscription Type A confirmation page will appear when the process is complete. A payment confirmation will be sent to your registration .

15 Downloading Miradi Desktop Select and download the MiradiSetup.exe file for Windows OS. Scroll down, if needed, to access the download files for Miradi desktop. MAC users will need to download the DMG file.

17 Downloading Miradi Desktop Select Next and follow the installation prompts.

Thanks to the translation efforts of dedicated users, we are able to offer Miradi in several languages to help serve our global network of subscribers. Additionally, some organizations have contracted the development of language packs that adapt the Miradi software interface and exported products to align with their organizational terminology. You can find available language packs at miradi.org/download If you are interested in creating a language pack for your organization, please contact us at info@miradi.org.

23 Installing Additional Language Packs Return to and log into the system. Save the language pack file to your computer. Take note of the location where you store the file. Proceed to the Download page to access the language packs. You may receive a security warning when downloading Miradi files. Many anti-virus software programs do not have Miradi listed in their known software systems.
