5 Communication skills Intercultural skills: I have experience in working in a European environment after working in BEST (Board of European Students of Technology) for 6 years. I have experience in working face-to-face and online with teams of people all around Europe. Team work: I have worked in various types of teams from research teams at university, to organisers' teams in BEST and in TEDxTorino, as well as working teams in a restaurant. Personal communication: I have a lot of experience as a personal coach, in BEST and in TEDxTorino. I have developed fundamental communication skills in knowledge transfers, mentoring, coaching and motivating people. Feedback: I have practiced this skill a lot as a personal coach and through working in BEST and TEDxTorino. I learnt how to give and receive proper feedback and how to use it as a powerful tool for the development of myself and others. Presentation skills and public speaking: I have practiced these a lot in various situations, especially during training and through different leader positions I had in BEST. Also through my position as President of TEDxTorino and curators of our conferences. Facilitation skills: I have facilitated face-to-face or online meetings in intercultural work teams several times. I learned how to have online real-time meetings and how to write s efficiently as a result of the large use of them in cultural associations such as BEST and TEDxTorino. Organisational / managerial skills Leadership: I was President of TEDxTorino for 4 years (from 5 to 48 members).
