He is dedicated to improve the performance of companies by making the management of design, new business development & innovation more effective, efficient and sustainable. Currently he is studying Business Adminstration, finishing his MBA thesis approximately in April Over the last nine years he helped his former employeer PARK advanced design management to become one of the leading design & innovation management consultancies in the world. In this period, he was able to demonstrate expertise, conceptional strength and creativity in many international projects. As a team leader he was responsible for the team of consultants in Hamburg. Florian was responsible for his own projects in Germany and abroad and has a long track-record of consultancy experience in different industries, businesses & countries. He was single point of contact for his clients and was in close contact to various stakeholders, such as vice presidents, category directors, design directors, marketing managers, involved specialist departments and external service providers and partners. In addition to the development, implementation and optimization of the design, brand and innovation strategy, he provided the instruments that increased the awareness of the client s brand and the processes and tools that led to better innovations. In his role as a consultant and trainer, he is used to both independent and team-oriented work and he quickly familiarizes himself with new topics and company environments. Beside his role as consultant, he started in August 2012 to work as program coordinator and trainer for PARK s sister company GROW design management education. Florian was coordinating the one year design management education program and educated design directors in design management. Florian holds a Master of European Design with the focus on design management. He studied in an European study program at the Köln International School of Design (DE), Politecnico di Milano (IT) and Aalto University in Helsinki (FI). In addition to his professional expertise and his understanding of human nature, his goal-setting abilities and endurance in execution are important factors for the success of his work. This is also reflected in the choice of his sports ultra-endurance cycling & running.
