2 Welcome Welcome to the new FitPro Newsletter! It s packed full of great new features and improvements. This document will cover new features, improvements, and changes to your account. As with any new software release, its possible you may run into a bug or two. If you do, open a new support request from the Help Center and we will fix it as soon as possible. Note: Only use the phone support for billing and subscription related questions. For all technical or general questions submit a support request from the help center and we will make sure the right person handles your request.

3 New Editor The new editor is not only easier to use, but it will give you much more control over your newsletters, broadcasts, autoresponders, pages, and list builders. You can even design a base template for your broadcasts and autoresponders! Newsletter Templates We ve created a newsletter template system to make changing the style and content in your newsletter easier. You can access the newsletter template page from the Newsletter section of your account. Your account will have an active newsletter template that all your newsletter issues will be created from. If you make a change to your newsletter template it will appear in all your future newsletter issues. You can create and modify as many newsletter templates as you want. There are currently over twenty newsletter template styles to choose from, and you can further customize these using the new editor.

4 Click and Open Tracking FitPro will log which contacts open or click a link in your newsletters, broadcasts and autoresponders; and all that information is available to you in your account. Contact Add Limits The limits on manually adding contacts without a confirmation has changed. Rather than being limited to 5 contacts per day, the new limit is 100 per month. These can be added at any time individually, through an import, or using the new copy and paste option. After you have reached your monthly limit, contacts will have to click a link in a confirmation to be added to your account. Your monthly limit may increase or decrease in the future depending on your open, unsubscribe and complaint rates. Done-For-You-Content Section All of the done-for-you offers, broadcasts, and autoresponders can now be found in the Promotions section of your account. We ve also added the entire archive of FitPro Newsletter articles, tips, and recipes for you to use!

5 Resend Your Broadcasts You can now resend broadcasts specifically to contacts that didn t open the first time. This feature should only be used for you most important broadcasts, as it will increase your unsubscribe and complaint rates. The Subject Finder Use the new subject finder feature to browse the best performing subject lines from all FitPro users. Our subject rating algorithm takes into account list size and typical list responsiveness to find the most effective headlines. UK English Setting You can now choose between American and UK English for your newsletter. More Storage Space All accounts have been upgraded to 50MB of file storage space! If you need more you can easily upgrade your storage space plan in the Account section. Birthday Recognition Feature FitPro can automatically send an to your contacts on their birthdays. Your account comes with three done-for-you birthday recognition templates that are designed to encourage your current clients, reactivate your past clients, and convert your prospects.

6 New Link Optin List Builder and Page Types A new type of list builder, the link optin, is a pop up optin that appears when a user clicks on a button or link on your page. They have been shown to command a higher conversion rate than timed pop up optins. You ll also find them in our new optin page templates (shown below). Templates You can edit the base templates used by your broadcasts, autoresponders, and birthday recognition s in the Settings tab of the Account section. For example, you could add a company logo to all your broadcasts, or change the default fonts.

7 New File Manager We redeveloped the file management system to be easier to use and more accessible from the editor. New Editor Items We ve added a bunch of editor content item types for you to use on your pages, list builders, newsletters, broadcasts, and autoresponders (page tools shown on right). Some of the new types include bullet lists, share buttons, video, and social network buttons.

8 Responsive Page Templates There are dozens of new responsive page templates that look great on any device Facebook Page Settings You can now control the image Facebook uses when someone shares your page and insert a Facebook Conversion Pixel tracking script on any of your FitPro pages. Contact Activity Feed You can see all the activity of your contacts, like when they opened an or clicked on a link in your newsletter. Use the new Activity tab on your dashboard to see a list of all contact activity.

9 Better List Builder Tools The new list builder style templates and editing tools offer more control and ease of use. Facebook Page Settings You can now control the image Facebook uses when someone shares your page and insert a Facebook Conversion Pixel tracking script on any of your FitPro pages. Account Search Use the new account search page to easily find anything in your account! More Autoresponder Settings Send autoresponder messages on certain days of the week and at a specific time of the day.
