4 The magnificent Museo Nazionale della Scienza e della Tecnologia Leonardo da Vinci sets the stage for a wide variety of business focused activities such as the Dutch Dialogues, expert meetings, roundtables, seminars, business matching and dinners. Dutch companies and knowledge institutions will participate extensively on the WorldExpo and an exhibition hosted in collaboration with Museon, the Dutch science museum, will highlight the Dutch food industry s accomplishments.

Defective systems result in suboptimal performance levels and losses in both economic and nutritional value. The expert meeting will share and discuss the deployment of different methodologies to manage food quality and food security, including source identification and traceability. Integrated agro-logistics concepts (post-harvest management) are the backbone of good performing (inter-) national agro-food chains and enable the agro & food sector to provide good quality and safe food products in a cost-effective and resource sustainable way. 11 Expert Meeting Healthy Aging Healthy Aging: Valuable Senior Members of Society deals with concepts and formulas to reposition the role and function of the growing number of elderly people worldwide. There is a need to revise our views on elderly people and to develop concepts to keep engaging them into the society as valuable resources rather than problems. These perspectives challenge us to approach (inactive) elderly people with effective and efficient revitalization concepts, enabling them to stay engaged as active citizens and stay valuable for economies and societies. Program The expert meeting is a full day program, highly interactive and will analyze the aging process and resulting challenges from different perspectives. The aim is to stipulate solutions integrating prevention, mobility, infrastructure and healthcare for active participation in the society.
