Longer appointments may require a higher deposit. Please arrive at least 10 minutes ahead of your treatment to complete a mandatory consultation form. This helps our experts tailor any treatment for you. Yuu Etiquette To maintain our relaxing environment and to fully enjoy your Yuu experience, we respectfully ask that mobile phones are turned off before and during treatments. Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours ahead of your appointment time otherwise the 20 deposit will be lost.
