Spa Reservations and Cancelations We encourage you to schedule your appointments early to ensure that you get the services at the time that is best for you. We suggest that you arrive minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Should you need to cancel an appointment, we require 24 two hours notice. No show appointments and canceled appointments are subject to a room charge up to 100% of the service. Spa Treatments As a guest in Tranquility Spa at the Lodge you need to be older than 17 unless accompanied by a parent during the treatment. Gratuities The final bill for spa services at Tranquility Spa at the Lodge includes a 20% service charge based on sale of services. 18% of service charge will be given to your service provider. 2% retained by the house to cover ancillary costs.
