42 BPM: Alarm Use Case 1. Alarm goes off on a Tank Gauge 2. Clerk ignores it or silences it 3. However, in the background a process begins 4. This alarm is a discriminating liquid sensor alarm in the STP Sump 5. A process has been set up to automatically dial back into the gauge 5 minutes later to check the status of the entire system 6. Also, another process is going and looking for the history of this alarm and compiling a detailed history report for the next action. 7. The alarm is still present so automatically, the compliance manager is notified via or text of this alarm along with all of the history. 8. The compliance manager can choose to evaluate him/her self or at the click of a mouse, create a work order to a vendor to investigate immediately 9. The vendor has a 2 hour response window and arrives on site to check out the situation and make repairs immediately. 10. Also, as part of this process depending on the extent of the repairs, we can go down several different paths, 1) making proper notifications to regulatory agencies about the repair, or 2) document the minor repair and keep a history log for the life of the system. 11. At all times during this process, everyone involved had all of the information at their finger tips from gauge information, notes of the investigation and repairs, to forms required to be completed for the state. 42 Copyright 2015, Titan Cloud Software - Confidential

43 BPM: Testing Use Case Testing company goes out and performs integrity testing on a system Generates reports that comes in thorough interface Report notes a failed shear valve At the presence of this fail, a process is kicked off to perform a set of tasks and workflow to resolve this failed equipment Only the section of information pertinent to the failure is sent to the compliance manager to evaluate It is decided that a certified vendor should be dispatched to make repair so a work order is automatically sent Once the work order has been completed, the process kicks off again completing the documentation of the root cause and history Any notice that required filing is sent to the proper contact to complete and submit 43 Copyright 2015, Titan Cloud Software - Confidential
