2 Key WorkCover Policy Management Features Group Policy Processing: All policies within a group of related employers can be processed together with co-terminus expiration dates. Employers can be added or dropped from the group within the policy term or at renewal dates. Separation of Policy Transaction from Workflow: An example is the breakout of the renewal process into separate workflows so workflows can be traced back to specific WorkCover regulations. This facilitates the ability to provide more detailed reporting and helps ensure compliance. Retro Paid Loss Policies (Group and Non-Group): Retro-paid loss policies can operate independently for each policy renewal period. A retro-paid loss model of insurance is one in which an employer s premium more closely reflects their individual experience, and success in injury and claims management over a period of several years. Doubtful Debt Processing: Now, you have the ability to analyse whether a debt can be recovered or not, enabling more accurate reports on the anticipated collectability of debts. Ability to refer Debt to third-party collection firms, and allocate between firms as needed. Workflow Variation Based on Employer Size/Complexity: This enables your agents to provide a variety of processing approaches based on the size and complexity of employer clients, including functionality to handle varying paid loss types of policies. This flexibility will allow your agents to provide improved customer support and servicing on behalf of the WorkCover program. Data validation for elimination of errors within the workflow pages and subsequent corrections. ABN validation for confirmation of non-coverage.
