It is easy to use the tried-and-tested PVS connectors thanks to the pull-off slots. Alongside the softline extrusions with the bases 40x40 and 40x80, which are already present in the range, these too are now available in the dimensions 50x50, 30x30 and 80x80. The surfaces are easy to clean and the square-edged corners enable a T-connection without large unprotected edges. 6 Alu-cable channel system Alu-cable channels 40x40, 40x80, 80x80 The cable channels can be mounted directly onto the extrusions and fastened on with screws and threaded plates / nuts. Thanks to the clip-on cover extrusion, it is possible to easily open and close the channel at any time. With or without exit holes, according to requirements, for all kinds of cable ducts. 8 Alu-cable channel system Cable channel connector Cover plugs for front cap Cable ducts for front cap Using the connector pieces, cable channels can be extended and a 90 mitre joint connection can be realised. Two connection elements are required for each of the alu-cable channels, 40x80 and 80x80. The threaded pins for fastening the channels are included in the kit. The unnecessary openings on the front plates can be closed using the cover plugs. This edge protection is used at positions where cables need to be guided out through the cable channel on the front side. Available for the respective holes on the front cover. This self-cutting threaded sleeve has a collet for an Allen key, which is used to easily screw the sleeve into the lengthwise slot on the front side. The screw is mounted onto the threaded sleeve beforehand, thus connecting the extrusion to the slot nuts in the counter extrusion. These can be mounted later. The prerequisite to achieving this stable connection is having double-sided access to the extrusion slots. Note: The lateral slots are locked upon connection. For this reason, surface elements need to have a cut out at the corresponding position. Threaded plates are inexpensive fastening elements. However, they need to be inserted into the extrusion slots from the front side. The plastic cage also holds the threaded plate in position, when mounted in a vertical plane. Sliding guides are inexpensive components for moveable elements. This slide extrusion permits the construction of double doors with identical extrusion dimensions.
