3 First log-in First time you log in to DBAI you will enter the following page. Enter your information in the fields (with asterisk is mandatory) and press submit. 3

5 Settings for DBAI To view your settings put the marker on My Profile and choose User Preferences. Then this page will appear. Personalise My Communication Settings 1. Click here if you don t want monitoring signals/investigation reports via , and only want to se them here in the DBAI portal. 2. Click here if you don t want s to be sent in HTMLformat (only textformat). 5

6 Settings DBAI Personalise My Product Ordering 1. Choose here if you want a specific reference on all ordered products. 2. Chose here if you want monitoring and View & Review on every order (only valid for Europe 1, see pricelist). 3. Choose type of monitoring signals on monitored objects. 4. 7 How to search in DBAI We recommend to start your search with Country and then Company name. Click Submit to start search. 7

8 Search results Now you will see one of these two windows. The window to the right will appear if D&B cannot find a company in the database that matched your search, the other is a result list which is closest to your search criteria. If the company you search for exists in the list, just click on the company name. If we cannot find the company in our database you can order an investigation. To order an Investigation just click order investigation. 8

9 Overview of the Company you chose The following information will appear. Here you ll see which products are available for the company you have chosen. Be sure to check that the contact information is correct so that you order information for the right company. 9

10 Product Overview Reports Europe 1 (UK, Ireland, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Austria, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Andorra, San Marino, Monaco) - D&B European Compact Report, rating report - D&B European Report, Basic report with some Economic information - D&B European Comprehensive Report, total report with balance sheets (if it exists) - Global Family Tree Rest of Europe (inkl. Greece, Russia and Turkey) - D&B Business Information Report, the information that exists on the Company North America - D&B Business Information Report, Economic information and credit rating - D&B Comprehensive Report, extended financial information and ex.financial Stress Score Rest of the World (Asia, Oceania, LatinAmerica, Africa) - D&B Business Information Report, the information that exists on the Company e-portfolio (Offered on Europa 1) - Add monitoring & unlimited access to the report for 12 months, - Monitoring without report Compliance (Reports for identification and verification according to rules against money laundry) - Know your customer report (KYC) Country Risk (Country Reports) - D&B Country Riskline Report. Important information regarding payment terms, reccomended ways of payment an normal payment times in the countries you do business in. - D&B Country Report. Deep analysis of a coutrys economic, political and social situation. Evaluation of the risk of doing business in the country. Family Tree - You can order family trees in DBAI where the whole global structure is showing. 10

11 How to order a Family Tree When you order a Family Tree you search the company you want and choose Global family tree under Reports. Fill in your reference and press order. 11

13 Order Investigation If you choose investigation this screen will appear. The fields with asterisk (*) is mandatory. Click on Submit to order. If you choose urgent, the order will be prioritized. See price for this in the pricelist. 13

14 Confirmation of investigation When you click Submit this screen will appear in a new window. This is a receipt of your order. Print or in other ways keep this date and number until you receive your result of investigation. You can see the status of your investigation under the my Portfolio, my investigations. 14

15 Find your investigations Place the marker on My portfolio and choose My Investigations. 15

16 All ordered Investigations for the last 90 days Click on one of your investigations to see more information regarding the order. Here you can see all your ordered investigations from 90 days back. The list is sorted so that you can see your unanswered investigations first. 16

17 Detailed information regarding ordered Investigation Should you not get your report in time, please send us an with the following information: Here you can see all the information regarding your investigation. Company Name Address Country Order date Ticket number Customer code/ Customer number We then send a Tracer to responsible D&B office. 17

18 Other information regarding investigation Delivery time (average): - Europe 3-5 working days - Eastern Europe 7-9 working days - Rest of world up to 10 working days Delivery of investigation report: When you do an Investigation the Credit report will be delivered to My Portfolio, My reports. From some countries the report is also sent to the adress you have entered in User Profile. If you haven t received the Credit report via , always check if it has been delivered to My reports. - Log in to DBAI - Click to My Portfolio, My reports - If the report is delivered you will find it there. - Choose the report you want to fetch under Product Delivered 18

19 Delivery of Investigation Here is a screen of My reports. Here you can see how it looks like when a delivered Investigation exists in My reports. You can also download the complete report under My Investigations. 19

20 Order Monitoring To order only monitoring on a company you will choose Monitoring without report. Nothing is to be filled in under Reports. To order a report with monitoring you will choose Add monitoring & unlimited access to the report for 12 months. 20

22 How you work in your e-portfolio There are several ways to search in e- Portfolio. 1) Click on one of the links above to do a specific search. 2) Click on the chart to see all your company s. 3) Choose search my e-portfolio from My Portfolio drow down list, to define you re own search. 22

23 Search my e-portfolio This page shows all available searchfields. You can use the criterias on their own or in combination with eachother. You can search by these criterias: 1) Name, address or ID. 2) Risk indicator and risk trends. 3) Changes that have accoured. 4) The productlevel you use.
