6 Annual Reviews: Library Administra9on Tool Once logged into the Administra9on Tool, you will be able to manage all aspects of your Library Account from the let side naviga9on. Also from any page within the Library Administra9on Tool you can access Help Desk contact informa9on for assistance with managing your ins9tu9on s access or subscrip9ons. 6

7 Library Administra9on Tool: Usage Data From the Usage Data tab you can easily view and download COUNTER2 compliant usage sta9s9cs for your ins9tu9on. Usage reports can be delivered via in XML, HTML, or tabdelimited formats to a recipient of your choice, or to all ins9tu9onal administrators. 7

8 Library Administra9on Tool: Subscrip9ons From the Subscrip3ons tab you can view your ins9tu9on s current journal subscrip9ons. You will see the journal 9tle, coverage dates included in your subscrip9on, and ISSNs. Note: The number in parentheses following your ins9tu9on s name is your ac9va9on number. 8

9 Library Administra9on Tool: IP Ranges From the IP Ranges tab you can enter or update your ins9tu9on s current IP Addresses. However, Annual Reviews staff prefers to administer these to avoid IP conflicts. IP changes and addi9ons to: sitelicense@annualreviews.org. 9

10 Library Administra9on Tool: Reference Linking From the Reference Linking tab you can choose to display OpenURL reference links for your Annual Reviews subscrip9ons. 10

11 Library Administra9on Tool: Ins9tu9onal Branding From the Banner tab you can upload your ins9tu9on s logo and enter customized banner text. Note: Maximum logo size is 36x36 pixels. 11
