8 Professional Development Dimensions (MELC) For the past 27 years, Professional Development Dimensions has provided PD and TA to school age practitioners. PD Dimensions pro actively addresses the challenge that most students face to complete their work and obtain their credential; successfully balancing their coursework and their job, by structuring the course to include weekly SAPC submission requirements. Additionally, the curriculum and course design builds in expert and peer feedback to support students in attaining course objectives and credential requirements through a streamlined approach. Supporting program staff in meeting the career lattice requirements, pursuing professional goals, and achieving academic credentials by showing administrators how to guide their staff through various professional credentialing processes and support staff in pursuing resources is a crucial part of their work as technical assistance consultants.
