1 Date Prepared: February 15, 2011 ADDENDUM #1 RFQ # KPOB CABLE TERMINATION SERVICES Community Transit 7100 Hardeson Road Everett, WA THIS SIGNED ADDENDUM BECOMES PART OF THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS AND/OR MODIFIES/CLARIFIES THE QUOTE DOCUMENTS. CHANGES HAVE BEEN BOLDED FOR CONVENIENCE. 1. QUOTE DUE DATE: HAS NOT CHANGED. Quotes are due on Tuesday, February 22, 2011 by 2:00 p.m. 2. REVISION: Section 2-01 Scope of Work, has been revised to read: 2.01 SCOPE OF WORK Work consists of all labor and all materials to terminate test and certify the following: RG6 quad shield copper core: both ends of 14 lengths to be terminated with F- connectors (28 connectors in total) Fiber Optic Cable, 24-Strand, Singlemode, 8.3/125; the contractor shall please price terminate, test, and certify for 6 fiber strands into a 24 port patch panel, 12 fibers, and 24 fibers with LC connectors and verify compatibility with Cisco SFP LH GBICs The work is divided as follows: Kasch Park Building A 2 coax cables Kasch Park Building C 2 coax cables and one end of the fiber optic cable, 1 fiber patch panel Kasch Park fuel island one end of the fiber optic cable, 2 coax cables, 1 fiber patch panel Merrill Creek Operations Building (4 coax cables) Merrill Creek Administration Building (4 coax cables) Access to the cable ends will be provided by Community Transit; both ends of the fiber are indoors, one end of each length of RG6 is interior and one exterior. Estimated Cost: $ Schedule: The contractor has 20 calendar days to complete the work. However, it is Community Transit s desire to have the work completed as soon as possible. 3. ADDITION: Attachment A WAP INSTALLATION SCHEMATIC & WAP ACCESS POINT INSTALLATION has been added for reference.

The vendor is 3 Star Incorporated. 2. QUESTION: Is a lift available if needed? ANSWER: Yes, Community Transit has a boom lift available if needed. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Mount enclosure on existing equipment skid on roof. 3. Mount power injector on wall in KP C IT data room on mezzanine. 4. Run two coax cables from enclosure to power injector in data room via existing roof penetration.

Mount power injector on wall in vault room. 4. Run two coax cables from enclosure to power injector in vault room. May require new roof or wall penetration. 6.
