2 Want to join us in supporting our Veterans? Please us here. PROGRAMS COMPANY 52: Is a project of VetForce1 to develop working relationships with 52 area employers and to support CO52 members as they assist recently separated Veterans with their employment needs. Any military friendly employer in Hamilton or surrounding counties may participate by joining Company 52 and participating in the following four areas: Host one program a year for VetForce1 participants to discuss their company and employment opportunities (52 different companies, one for 52 weeks). Encourage CO52 members management team to serve as VetForce1 Mentors. Consider VetForce1 Veteran referrals for internships, student jobs and career opportunities within their companies. Make a commitment with an annual contribution to help finance operations. For more information on more information or to join Company52 please contact us at CO52@vetforce1.org.
3 MENTORING: The Mentoring program is a core component of our operation, providing one-on-one assistance and a unique career-development opportunity to recently separated Veterans. Mentors work with Veterans to help them reach their full potential in the transition from military to education to a career path. The Veteran/Mentor relationship is mutually beneficial: Veterans gain insight and advice on networking, interviewing, dealing with a work life balance and managing professional relationships. Mentors refine their leadership and coaching skills while developing a deeper understanding the issues facing our Veterans. To become a Mentor or learn more about the program, please us at Mentors@VetForce1.org. INFORMATION
