1 1096 REGULATIONS 1979, No 24* Regulations under the Veterinary Surgeons Act I, JOHN ARMSTRONG ENGLAND, the Administrator of the Northern Territory of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Veterinary Surgeons Act. Dated this twenty-fifth day of September, J. A. ENGLAND Administrator AMENDMENTS OF THE VETERINARY SURGEONS REGULATIONS Registration fee Prescribed institutions Third Schedule 1. Regulation 5 of the Veterinary Surgeons Regulations is amended by omitting "2" and substituting "20". 2. Regulation 7 of the Veterinary Surgeons Regulations is repealed and the following regulation substituted: "7.(1) For the purposes of section 16(1)(c)(ii) the institutions specified in the Third Schedule are prescribed institutions. "(2) For the purposes of section 16(1)(c)(iv) the institutions specified in the Fourth Schedule are prescribed institutions.". 3. The Third Schedule of the Veterinary Surgeons Regulations is repealed and the following Schedules substituted: CANADA NEW ZEALAND "THIRD SCHEDULE 1.
