1 General Track In our general sessions we will provide everyone the chance to gather in one room to hear about Square 9 s culture and our ongoing vision for the future of the company and our industry. We want to inform you on the excitement within our company and provide you with exclusive industry knowledge that you won t find elsewhere. Opening Keynote and Product Launch The conference will start with an opening address by Square 9 President/CEO Stephen Young and CTO Brian Banet as they provide Square 9 s ongoing vision for product development, channel growth and a first glance at SmartSearch s next generation browser based EDM solutions. Customer Success Stories Learn from two Square 9 customers on how they use SmartSearch, why SmartSearch was the chosen solution, what business pains SmartSearch solves and an overall understanding of each customer s experience with SmartSearch. Reseller Success Story With consistent sales success, the long-running elite Square 9 dealer, EO Johnson, shares how they realized the importance of developing their own professional services team to support and service SmartSearch customers and optimize revenue. This session will be a fire side chat interview with the head of EO Johnson professional services and solutions consultant to learn how they ve benefitted from their relationship with Square 9. Technical Track The technical presentation track is designed to benefit both our channel resellers and customers with a wide range of topics for getting the most out of SmartSearch. Key topics include database design and integration strategies along with sessions specific to new functionality found in the newest product release. These sessions are intended to benefit the more technically inclined but may be of interest to business users as well. Integrating through Web Services Learn how to share data and documents with your business critical applications through Square 9 s REST API platform. Sample projects include how to scan and retrieve documents directly from Salesforce.com with sample code accessible to attendees through GitHub. Workflow 2.0 with GlobalAction Get a first hand look at the new direction in process automation software from Square 9 with GlobalAction. This technical deep dive will explore the new workflow possibilities available to the Square 9 Community through a next generation web based flow designer. Understanding Your Levels of Efficiency with GlobalAnalytics Automating your business processes is the first step to efficiency but really understanding the metrics behind your workflow allows for advanced levels of decision making. GlobalAnalytics provides management with unique insight into their processes giving you the information that really matters.

2 The Art of Capture and High Value Data Extraction Capture is arguably one of the most important elements to a successful ECM implementation. Learn tips and tricks for optimizing your capture process while extracting and validating data to share with your line of business applications. Top 10 Tips for Effective Database Design The performance and general usability of your ECM project can be enhanced with just a few key design considerations. In this session Square 9 s Professional Services Group shares design concepts that will benefit both customers and resellers alike. Eliminating Paper Based Forms in Your Organization Tired of filling out paper forms and shuffling them from desk to desk? Doing More with Custom SQL integration The open architecture of SmartSearch s SQL backend provides for incredible flexibility with the ability to easily write triggers and other operations through stored procedures. In this class, the Square 9 Professional Services Group will provide specific examples of common use case scenarios including sample code for attendees. Taking Your Documents to the Cloud Is your organization ready for Cloud ECM? In this session we explore the opportunities available for moving your documents to the cloud including remote hosting, SaaS and hybrid cloud solutions. Technical Forum Have questions about the technical direction of the Square 9 product suite? Post your questions to the Square 9 Technical Team and review them with a roundtable discussion hosted by CTO Brian Banet.

3 Implementing AP Invoice Automation Advanced Capture of unstructured documents, such as AP Invoices, has been a hot topic for some time due to the availability and affordability. Learn from our technical team how to automate capture for common accounting documents including checks, PO s and vendor invoices by leveraging technology such as fixed form ICR, OCR templates and rules based data extraction without templates. Focus will be placed on AP invoice automation with line item extraction as well as forms based capture of handwritten and computer generated text.
