Beulah Chamber s 20th Annual CHILI & BINGO NIGHT Fri., Nov. 21st at the Beulah Civic Center 5 p.m. Chili Dinner $5 4 Varieties of Chili from mild to spicy will be served. Hotdogs/Chili Dogs will be available. 6 p.m. BINGO Begins Bingo cards $3/play all night One FREE game of BINGO with Chili Dinner. Pay at the door. Hundreds of Dollars in prizes will be awarded Beulah Bucks, Gift Certificates, Turkeys, Prizes and More! and much more All donated by area businesses sponsoring this event. Bingo Boards will be on sale You can buy one or you can buy ten and play all night on the same card. 2 PAGE 2 Holiday Promotions The Beulah Chamber Retail Trades Committee has started planning for the 2014 Holiday Season. Below we have outlined the various promotions that all of our local businesses are encouraged to participate in. See attached PDF/ form with a more detailed explanation of each promotion. We hope you will participate in one or more of these promotions and help to encourage local shopping. ST. NICK S PICKS The Beulah Bucks drawing worked so well last year and seemed to be so well received by both the businesses and their customers. Starts Friday, November 28th and runs through Monday, December 15th. This promotion encourages local shopping by awarding customer spending with entry forms from the participating businesses to be used to register for $2,500 in Participating Business Gift Certificates. Participation fee will be $100. HOMETOWN HOLIDAY 7th ANNUAL WALK-AROUND Tuesday, December 9th from 4:30-7:00 PM. We encourage both retail and non-retail businesses to participate in this great event. We would like to create a real Hometown Holiday atmosphere with carolers, wagon rides, strolling Santa, and of course lots of treats and goodies. Community Thanksgiving Dinner At Zion Lutheran Church 112 5th St NW, Beulah Thursday, November 27th 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Everyone is Welcome Please call the Zion Lutheran Church Office at if you need a ride or have a large group. Remember to set your clocks back one hour on Sunday, November 2. CHRISTMAS FOR KIDS EVENT The Christmas for Kids event is being held in conjunction with the Holiday Walk-Around on Tuesday, December 10th and will be held at the Beulah Public Library in City Hall. There will be pictures with Santa, movies, BINGO, goodie bags, and drawings for Great Prizes! BUSINESS DECORATING We would like to encourage all our area businesses to create a real holiday atmosphere by decorating your stores and store fronts and really lighting it up for the holidays!

We would like to give all Chamber members an opportunity to advertise in the Chatter for the year The cost will be $60 for the year and your ad will run in the Chatter each month. Take a look at the back page of the Chatter to see what the ads look like. The Chatter s monthly distribution is approximately 350 electronically sent or mailed. If you have not advertised in the Chatter before, we will create an ad for you using your logo or any other copy you want included; ad size is 1.75 X2. November 27, 2014 at 9 AM The Beulah Park District will be hosting its 17th annual Turkey Trot Thanksgiving morning. Come out and have fun, while burning some calories before the big meal. It will be starting at 9 am at The Beulah Fit Club. Event is free and open to the public! Walkers have their choice of 5k walk or run, or 30 minute walk in the gymnasium.
