Read to Your Little Hero: Birth - Age 4 Every Hero Has a Story: Preschool - 5th Unmask!: 6th - 12th Preschool Superhero School Performances Teen Programs All participants will receive a Summer Reading Program Reading Log (Note: If you register online you will need to come to the library to pick up the reading log.) Readers and pre-readers are required to read (or be read to) 12 hours to complete the program. Read to Your Little Hero parents are required to complete early literacy activities with their child. A parent s permission is required to release a child s name as a participant. Programs, events and classes may be photographed or videotaped for library promotional purposes. Please notify library staff if you prefer not to be photographed. Registration is required for programs where indicated. You must complete and return all reading and activity logs to the SRP Desk by 6:00 p.m. July 24 to receive prizes. Please do not put them in the drop box. Everyone who completes the program by finishing the reading log will receive a certificate of achievement, book, coupon from Derby Bowl for three free games, free McDonalds treat coupon and Rock River Rapids pass.
