The main space in the Hall is 1056 sq. ft. plus a full kitchen, bathrooms (one accessible for persons with disabilities). There is a stage, as well as 15 tables that each seats 6-8 people comfortably and around 120 chairs. Large Education Centre 100; Cafeteria 50. 2 Burnaby Parks, Recreation and Cultural Services Facilities *Available for meetings only. Rooms are generally available during Centre opening hours which vary from site to site. Space is booked according to order of preference within the Department s Allocation Policy **Booking criteria no charge Registered non-profit and/or informal recreation, sport, art club, organization or faith group use of designated areas. Membership and/or participation must be non-restrictive (i.e., open to the public). Community groups/associations may book City of Burnaby facilities for regular and ongoing meetings. Burnaby-based political groups may book space for regular business, not activities. These groups may book meeting space once a month, 4 hours maximum. Ad hoc meetings will be accepted, space permitting, 3-5 days in advance. Meetings to take place in designated room at the listed locations.
