Responsible for teaching an interdisciplinary college wide course in health care ethics. Responsible for providing leadership in planning, guiding, implementing and evaluating learning experiences of students in classroom and clinical settings. 8/00 to current Winneshiek Medical Center, Decorah, Iowa Urgent Care staff nurse. Responsible for providing part-time staff nurse support for Urgent Care services at Winneshiek Medical Center. Responsibilities include obtaining history, administering immunizations, providing nursing care for acutely ill patients and assisting in the emergency room as needed. 8/07 - current South Madison Community Health Center, Madison, Wisconsin Adult nurse practitioner responsible for primary care of mostly lower-income underserved minority clients.
