5 Clients and Case Studies Delivering product content solutions across multiple requirements SKUvantage provided fully outsourced product content services to Coles as part of the relaunch of their online grocery shopping site. We worked closely with Coles stores to minimise client effort by picking in store for off-site production. Data and images were captured for over 20,000 products in 10 weeks. This included over 300,000 pieces of data and 40,000 images. Users of the Coles online grocery site now have some of the best product information in Australia. Reckitt Benckiser has the challenge of any FMCG company of getting product information in front of customers. SKUvantage captured complete product content from the full product range and shared this with retailers. This content gives customers the same experience online as they would in store, showcasing all product features. Reckitt Benckiser now has all its customer facing product content in one place, available for internal use and distribution externally. SKUvantage provided over 1700 product descriptions to complete the product content across key items. These high quality descriptions were delivered in 3 weeks across numerous fashion categories to a strict style guide and tone of voice. All product descriptions written for City Beach were structured for natural search engine optimisation. This resulted in improved organic web site traffic, higher conversion and a better customer experience. As an online retailer of high end Italian shirts, Naracamicie has a focus on quality and style.
