6 Import Compliance: How to Write your Company s Manual Whether building internal controls for improved compliance, or undergoing a Focused Assessment or entering the Importer Self Assessment (ISA) program, Customs and Border Protection (CBP) requires importers to develop and maintain written procedures for all aspects of the entry process. This comprehensive 2-day seminar is dedicated to the classification of inorganic and organic chemicals in Chapters 28 and 29 of the U.S. Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS). The NCBFAA s Certified Customs Specialist (CCS) Certification Program is included in the registration fee for students who attend our broker prep courses and pass the exam.
