2 RALLY ENTRY FEE FOR EACH TRIAL: $26.00 Each additional rally entry of the same dog in the same trial: $20.00 (First Entry includes $3.50 recording fee, second entry includes $3.00 event service fee.) If you are entering RAE (Rally Adv B and Rally Exc B), please indicate RAE on entry. Fee: $46.00 OBEDIENCE ENTRY FEE FOR EACH TRIAL: $26.00 Each additional obedience entry of the same dog in the same trial: $20.00 (First Entry includes $.50 recording fee and a $3.00 AKC event service fee, second entry includes $3.00 event service fee.) If you are entering UDX (Open B and Utility B), please indicate UDX on entry. Fee: $46.00 Rally Pairs entry fees - $26.00 per pair. A Pairs entry cannot be used as either a first or additional entry for either Rally or Obedience. Rally Team entry fees - $10.00 per dog. There is no fee for the optional alternate dog. Be sure to identify the team on the entry form, i.e. Team Patti-paws. It is strongly suggested that all entry forms for Pairs and Team be submitted together. Entry fees for bitches in season will be refunded, minus $5.00 per entry processing fee. The Trial Secretary must be notified in writing no later than ½ hour prior to the start of the first class of the trial. SITE INFORMATION The building will be open at 7:00 am each day for set up. Please pick up after your dogs. Anyone witnessed not picking up after their dog will be excused from the trial with no entry fees refunded. CATALOG SALES If you wish to purchase a catalog, please pre-order with your entry. Only a limited number of catalogs will be available at the show. The cost will be $5.00 each. Broadway, Madison, WI CRATING An area will be reserved for crating, but space is limited so please plan on stacking crates whenever possible. No X-pens will be allowed. Crates may be left overnight; however, Badger Kennel Club will not be responsible for any lost or damaged items left at the site. No dogs may be left overnight. No unentered dogs are allowed in the building. FOOD Beverages, snacks and lunch items will be available for sale on site on Saturday and Sunday. Badger Kennel Club Obedience C Match/Ring Time Friday, March 13, 2015 Starting at 5:30 pm Badger Kennel Club will be holding a C match on Friday, March 13, 2015 Doors open and registration begins at 5:30 pm There will be no pre-registration. Registration closes at 6:30 pm Cost is $5 for 5 minutes. You may purchase blocks of 5 or 10 minutes only. If you wish to purchase additional time, you can do so, but you will have to wait until all participants have had their initial 5 or 10 minutes before you can re-enter the ring. Treats and toys are encouraged, but please be sure no food is left on the floor. Please use competition collars only. BKC reserves the right to excuse anyone making harsh corrections.

In consideration of the acceptance of this entry and of the holding of this event and of the opportunity to have the dog judged and to win prizes, ribbons, or trophies, I (we) agree to hold the AKC, the event-giving club, their members, directors, governors, officers, agents, superintendents or event secretary and the owner and/or lessor of the premises and any provider of services that are necessary to hold this event and any employees or volunteers of the aforementioned parties, and any AKC approved judge, judging at this event, harmless from any claim for loss or injury which may be alleged to have been caused directly or indirectly to any person or thing by the act of this dog while in or about the event premises or grounds or near any entrance thereto, and I (we) personally assume all responsibility and liability for any such claim; and I (we) further agree to hold the aforementioned parties harmless from any claim for loss, injury or damage to this dog. The showing of unconfirmed Champions in Best of Breed competition is limited to a period of 90 days from the date of the show where the dog completed the requirements for a championship. 3 (Event Class) Consult the classification in this premium list. If the event class in which you are entering your dog is divided, then, in addition to designating the class, specify the particular division of the class in which you are entering your dog, i.e., age division, color division, weight division. 4 A dog must be entered in the name of the person who actually owned it at the time entries for an event closed. If a registered dog has been acquired by a new owner it must be entered in the name of its new owner in any event for which entries closed after the date of acquirement, regardless of whether the new owner has received the registration certificate indicating that the dog is recorded in his name.
