Date:11/11/2006 Date:20/11/2006 It was a nice experience and definitely did learn some new things about. Date:25/11/ hours seem to be to long for a class. Course is rather interesting, but a half of exercises should evovlve in more creative forms. Sometimes, especially in the very beginning (first 3-5 exercises) it was rather difficult to understand the reasons to fulfil them. I liked some parts of this course very much...the theater exercises for team building is a really useful exercise. In general I was quite happy with the course even though I was skeptical at first. I was able to relate the personal aspect of group behavior. However, it was impossible to relate it to real life situation. Or may I failed in doing that? N page: 2

Though the course was interesting as a whole, it could be improved by more communication, so that expecations are better managed. Date:30/10/2006 Date:07/11/2006 Durée un peu trop longue. Par ailleurs, ce cours mériterait d`être placé en début d`années. Ceci permettrait aux étudiants d`un même groupe de se découvrir. Date:11/11/2006 Date:20/11/2006 However, 4.5 hours is far too long! Some of the exercises were a complete waste of time. I suggest selecting the most effective/interesting ones and making it a 3 hour session. Date:25/11/2006 I was not as thrilled about some aspects, especially the dancing...which I felt was a bit weird. I also wish that we had spent more time filling out the book since we are going to use it in the next core. There are better ways to communicate leadership, communication, group work, etc. than a new age dance course that had to be translated ineffectually from french. This was not organized well and much too long. Waste of time... find other, more updated, relevant methods for this kind of exercise. I would like an objective statement, as in what are we trying to achieve. N page: 5

6 Drags on a bit too much after the first hour and a half. Date:29/11/2006 I think that in the next time the students should be communicated about the contend of the curse previously, so we should prepare ourselves more for the activities in a proactive way, and the administration should communicate about this kind of extra activity in advance too, because a lot of students were not able to participate. Use this time instead to work on public speaking or interpersonal communication skills, acting, or some other soft skills but not this nonsense. N page: 6

7 The duration was too long. It could be conducted in 2-3 hours. Date:20/12/2006 You need to understand your group. The message is a bit too foreign to try to just jump into. If you are going to use these techniques, you need to find a way to earn people`s buy-in. This group will not give it for free.
