4 Intelligent Workflows and Complete Process Chains Take Care of Efficiency Both Within Laboratories and in Laboratory Networks Your Challenge: A transparent and flexible workflow organisation is of key importance for production control in laboratory diagnostics, which also ensures quality assurance and the efficiency of the service provision. This requirement applies to an even greater extent to the processes of a multi-site laboratory network, in which not only the different disciplines need to be organised and dovetailed, but also increasingly the interdependence of cold analyses requires coordination across several company sites. Therefore, a cohesive process chain is absolutely essential, all the way from online requests to production control in the laboratory, the integration of findings in patient files or results accessed via tablets or smartphones. The Diagnostic Cube : The vision4health solution design differentiates between the various requirements of different diagnostic disciplines such as laboratory, transfusion medicine, microbiology or pathology and the efficiency and organisational requirements of different types of laboratories (e.g. clinical laboratories, specialist laboratories or research laboratories). Innovative Set of Rules: vision4health does not react to the latest market developments and trends we set trends in process design in the field of medical laboratories and support their standardisation and quality assurance both technically and organisationally through the mapping and procedural implementation of Unified Diagnostic Rules (UDR), a superior set of rules for structured monitoring and assessment of processes and data from individual laboratory diagnostic fields. For Your Security: With the laboratory management system developed by vison4health, operational control of the production processes is provided at the same time as management information relating to process control and optimisation.
