4 TCI Sub-Portfolios Ashore Infrastructure Naval Messaging Shore Tactical Infrastructure The mission of the Ashore Infrastructure Sub-portfolio is to deliver network infrastructure that fully integrates with all DON, DOD agencies, Federal activities and coalition partners. This capability includes a complete enterprise solution for voice, video and data comprised of Telephony Networks, Local Area Networks, Metropolitan Area Networks, Wide Area Networks, Virtual Environments.
