5 DCGS-A Increment Two Capabilities Scope Platform Services: Visualization Framework: Web based as well as non web Based Analytic Platform that will support development of analytics: Descriptive: what happened Diagnostic: why did it happen Predictive: what will happen Prescriptive: what should be done about it Data Integration Platform that will enable ingest of structured, semistructured, unstructured data formats. The ingest platform will ingest streaming (near real time) as well as batch (historical) data that originates from a large variety of data sources. Software Applications: Consistent/Harmonized visualization of situation awareness. Cyber capabilities development IAW the RDP. Consolidation of CI/HUMINT Capabilities. Porting/Migration of existing Increment 1 capabilities. Interoperability Components: Interoperability IAW COE Technical Guidance Interoperability with the latest DIB version IAW the DI2E Content Discovery and Retrieval technical profile. 5
