Serenity s Web & Mobile Remote Access Concept

Communication Concept

INSTALLATION Panel first connection

Panel first connection The Serenity is supplied with unique serial number and Mac Address (factory default). The Server IP is programmed by default but can be modified by the installer. The system is installed and its accessories are learned (as usual) The installer connects the Serenity to the internet through the router (wired) Step 1: The Serenity calls the server by using the programmed Server IP. Step 2: The server receive the request from the Serenity and start its registration (Unique Serial Number and Mac Address) Step 3: The server acknowledges the registration to the Serenity. A message or signal should be indicated on the Serenity Screen

Panel first connection The Serenity Panel is now connected to the server through the internet. The Serenity Panel is registered in the Panels Data Base Hi Server, I m (S/N + MAC) alive, my IP is XXXXX OK Thanks! Only Port Forwarding in router. The router is just a gateway between the Serenity and the server. No need of Fix IP!

User Registration The Serenity Panel is supplied with label on it and on the box. This label indicates the Unique Serial number (S/N) and the Mac Address of the panel. The user register his Serenity in the Data Base (using computer, Smartphone or tablet). For example: Registration on the website http://www.thecrowcloud.com The Serenity is registered on the Server. The user is registered in the Data Base. Interconnection between panels data base and users database.

Create User Now! The user receives Email or SMS with code

User Registration form Step 3 Final Please enter the code you received : 1458 Confirm! The user is now registered and its mobile phone number is verified. The user receives email notification with his credentials. Panel is registered in Panels Database User is registered in Users Database Mobile phone will be used for SMS verification (for support access authorization)

PIRCAM Section My System Status Concept: Inter-connection between user, server and panel: The PIR Camera is connected to the panel. The Panel is only a Gateway (no web server, no mail server, no storage) The Panel is connected to the server through the internet The server send requests to the Panel (Take pictures) The server receive pictures from the panel, store and send email notification to the user The server store pictures. Possibility to search for pictures The web storage is 20MB/user. After 20MB oldest pictures are deleted

PIRCAM Alarm notification My System Status Picture transmission in case of alarm Pictures are Stored in Server Panel Armed 1. Intrusion detected 2. PIR Cam take picture(s) 3. Picture(s) are sent to the Panel 4. The panel receive pictures and forward them to the server 5. No pictures stored in Panel Users receive email notification with picture in attachment. Picture can be stored on user s device

PIRCAM Picture Request My System Status Picture transmission in case of request User request picture from his device to the server (Take picture of the Living PIR Cam) Server send IP request to the Panel (Picture request from PIRCam 3) Panel receive IP command and send request to the selected PIRCam User receive picture on his device by email Pictures are Stored in Server Panel send picture to the server PIR Cam take picture(s) and send it to the Panel

PIRCAM Picture Search - Optional My System Status Picture browsing By Date Results will show pictures stored on the selected date The user can browse pictures from the server By Period Results will show pictures stored during the selected period Last Pictures Results will show last pictures (20 last pictures for example)
