ENROLLMENT DATES In order to become eligible to appear for the examinations. the students are required to Enroll into the program on or before the following dates. Month of Examinations Last Date to Enrol into the program on or before OCTOBER 31 ST MAY JANUARY 31 ST AUGUST APRIL 30 TH NOVEMBER JULY 28/29 TH FEBRUARY EXAMINATION CALENDAR The Examinations are generally Conducted in JANUARY, APRIL, JULY and OCTOBER of the Year. The schedule of the examinations will be 15 days in subsequent months of exam. PASSING REQUIREMENTS To pass in a Group, a candidate must secure an average of 45 percent marks for all subject in the Group. AWARD OF DEGREE All successful students of respective degree program will be awarded the Bachelor or Master Degree by the University. VALIDITY OF ENROLLMENT The validity of enrolment into the program is for Seven ( 07 ) years from the date of enrolment. Students who are unable to complete the program within validity period of Seven ( 07 ) years, but still keen on continuing the program are required to register themselves by paying the requisite fee of that program. Students who study regularly and appear for examinations every quarter may complete the program in the specified time period. ADMISSION POLICIES AND GUIDELINES TO COMPLETE THE APPLICATION FROM ADMISSION: Intelligent, ethical, articulate and active individuals are encouraged to pursue programs.where the Application is complete in all respects and the Admission Board is satisfied of the applicant s eligibility and suitability Board grants admission to such applicants. ENROLLMENT: Applications received from the students are checked for the basic eligibility criteria and the eligibility students are enrolled in to the program. REJECTED APPLICATIONS: If the applicants do not satisfy the eligibility criteria, he applications are returned to them along with all enclosures and the payment paid after deducting Rs.500. such students are, however, permitted to apply again after they satisfy the eligibility criteria. The students whose applications have been rejected may appeal to the Admissions Board,if they wish to have a review of their application.
