Procurement and installation of low voltage systems. Management and commissioning of CCTV, Access Control Points and all Substations. QA/QC Management for the Project and commissioning of specialist systems.

Scope of Works: Sepam, providing Project Management Support, were appointed as site management and coordination of contractor activities on behalf of Johnson Controls International. Manage Fit Out work of installation and commissioning of the high end facades in the control centres. Fire Alarm integration and commissioning. ELV procurement, installation and commission. Modification and commissioning of the HVAC system. Implement QA/QC procedures
