Section In this section, the user will be able to justify the inventory as it relates to available products as well as tracking products that must be credited from return. NOTE The Inventory Module is found under More in the list of Modules located at the top of your screen Add a Product Category Step 1 Open the Inventory Module Step 2 Click Products Step 3 Click Quick Add 2

Add a Product Step 1 Open the Inventory Module Step 2 Click Products Step 3 Select the appropriate Product Category Step 4 Click Add Product Steps 2 & 3 Step 4 If the appropriate manufacturer does not appear in the drop down menu continue to Step 5 If the appropriate manufacturer does appear in the drop down menu skip to Step 8 Step 5 Click 5
Step 5 Step 6 Review the All Manufacturers list on the left This step will help avoid duplicate entries If the manufacturer you wish to add appears in the list, double click on the name and skip to Step 10 If the manufacturer does not appear in the list continue to Step 7 6
Step 7 Enter the Manufacturer Name Step 8 Click the check box to add a checkmark to all products that are distributed by this manufacturer Step 9 Click OK NOTE The list of manufacturers will filter as you type the new manufacturer s name. If the name you are trying to enter appears in the list on the list double click on the name. Do not enter a manufacturer manually if that manufacturer appears in the listing on the left. Step 7 Step 8 Step 9 Step 10 Select the Brand from the drop down menu This step is optional If the Brand you wish to enter does not appear in the drop down continue to Step 11 If the Brand you wish to enter does appear in the drop down skip to Step 14 7

If no invoice description is entered the invoice will list manufacturer and model as the description Step 24 Step 25 Enter Wholesale Price Step 26 Enter Multiplier This step is optional This step is optional The multiplier is a number designated by your practice to consistently price products The multiplier can be used with or without an additional amount The retail price will fill automatically, and round up to the next even dollar amount based on any combination of wholesale price, multiplier and additional amount Step 27 Enter Additional Amount This step is optional The additional amount is a dollar amount designated by your practice to determine a retail price. The additional amount can be used with or without the multiplier 13

Import a Product NOTE There are currently two databases available for product import. Frames Data for Eyeglass Frames, and Eyedock for Contact Lenses Import a Frame Step 1 Open the Inventory Module Step 2 Click Products Step 3 Click Eyeglass Frames Step 4 Click Import Product Steps 2 & 3 Step 4 Step 5 Enter the appropriate search criteria above the blank list on the right Step 6 Click Search You may search by Manufacturer, Brand, Collection or Model 15

NOTE To select more than one frame at a time click on the first frame you wish to import, hold down the shift key and click on the last frame you wish to import. All frames listed between the first and last will highlight. This highlighted section can then be dragged to the list on the left.
