This may include some open source code and / or code written by our engineers especially for this project. The technology architect document containing details of the open source modules and/or self-coded modules, to be used in the project, will be shared with you after the project gets over. Intellectual Property rights of any code that is innovative in nature written by our engineers for the website during the project shall be owned by you. User Interface Design Designing user interface as per the requirement specific documentation Website Development This will involve actual engineering efforts for the development of the solution incorporating all the features that are finalized during the requirement-freezing phase. Bug Support Support to any kind of bug that is within the scope of the functionalities listed and agreed upon in this document. Bugs shall be reported via email. Bugs will be fixed based on their priorities and availability of our engineers. Website hosting Domain registration We will register the domain for a year on your behalf and will hand over the ownership to you.
