You may also refer other websites / templates that you like. b) Designing a unique layout After understanding your view, choice of colours and block layout (if any), our designer starts designing a layout based on the information and functionalities of the project. This information should be provided to us before the scheduled commencing date. c) Design review and finalization After our designer comes up with a layout, we ll forward the layout to you for your review. You may have some alteration requests; in that case we shall change the things as per your request and send it to you again for review. Once you finalize the design, we proceed to next stage. Programming a. Database development (Optional Phase in case your project is a database driven website) We do develop the database architecture for the project. You may also co-operate with us with testing and forward us your findings (bugs). b. Payment Second installment of 40% of the total amount should be paid before we take the website live on your domain. We shall send you the invoice for the 40% of the total project cost and you should execute the invoice as soon as possible. b. Taking the website LIVE We ll provide FREE support of another 30 days after the final payment. During this 45 days we ll be fixing any error / bug comes (that was not found during STAGING testing or BETA testing) out for FREE of cost. 7. Support a. Beta Support We ll provide you 30 days of post production support while the site is in BETA mode. You should complete the beta testing within 30 days and pay us the rest 20% of the total project amount. After receiving the money we shall send you the receipt of the final payment. b. Live Support We ll provide FREE support of another 30 days after the final payment. During this 30 days we ll be fixing any error / bug comes (that was not found during STAGING testing or BETA testing) out for FREE of cost.

Maintenance If you like us to maintain your project (that includes, bug fixing, database maintenance, log clearance, trouble shooting) then we ll provide you a monthly / yearly maintenance cost depending on the size / complexity / volume of your project.
