Meet the Professionals M. Robin Krasny Portfolio Management Director Senior Vice President Financial Advisor Robin Krasny has over 30 years of financial market experience. For the first 18 years of her career, she worked in institutional sales in fixedincome markets principally with Morgan Stanley in both New York and London and later in emerging market equities for Oppenheimer and Co. At the beginning of 2000, Robin made a millennial career change and began working with private clients. In 2004 she joined with Mark Lewis to form a wealth management practice. Robin has experience across a broad range of markets and asset classes and concentrates on portfolio management with customized portfolios. While the cornerstone of the team s approach is holistic wealth management services and individualized asset allocation seeking to achieve optimal results for clients, Robin s knowledge and experience enable her to function with a senior portfolio manager designation and she has developed stock specific, ETF and mutual fund portfolio management strategies to help to address a variety of client goals and objectives. In collaboration with Mark Lewis and Marcia Cohen, the team concentrates on maintaining multi-generational relationships providing personal CFO services to a range of individual households as well as small institutions and endowments. The team utilizes a full range of investment products and asset classes from stock specific portfolios to separately managed accounts to help accomplish client objectives and provides a complete range of wealth management services. As part of the KL wealth management team, Robin joined Morgan Stanley in January 2011. She is a graduate of Princeton University and Harvard Business School. She is active in a number of not-for-profit organizations including Prep for Prep, Trickle Up, Jazz at Lincoln Center and the Women in Leadership initiative at Princeton University. She is an avid annual attendee of the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival and maintains homes in New York City and Dunewood, Fire Island. 4 MORGAN STANLEY

Mark Lewis First Vice President - Wealth Management Financial Advisor Mark began his career as a financial analyst and portfolio accountant for CMS Financial Services (now Convergent Wealth Advisors) in the late-90 s. Mark then left the Washington, D.C. area to work for CIBC Oppenheimer at the World Financial Center in 2000 before eventually moving to PaineWebber in 2001. After a decade at UBS, Mark and his team chose to move their practice to Morgan Stanley. This move offered the team more flexibility in product, an upgrade in technology & platforms, and the ability to pass-on cost savings directly to their clients. Mark concentrates his efforts on working with a broad range of feebased investment consulting and managed account programs to help meet the needs of high net-worth individuals and institutions. Using his knowledge from his previous analyst position, he provides analysis to help define individual and institutional goals and risk tolerance, which are then matched with the appropriate investment vehicles and platforms. Mark s leads the team s due diligence on all third-party money managers, mutual funds, alternative investments and exchange-traded funds. Mark is also responsible for heading the team s estate planning effort with his ability to leverage skills gained at UBS. Mark graduated from The American University in Washington, D.C. with a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. In 2006, Mark co-headed a team selected to serve the NYC Bar Association s membership as their exclusive financial services provider. Mark plays an active role in his community, sitting on the Manhattan Leadership Council of The American Cancer Society Eastern Division. He is on the host committee of the Festive in Flip Flops gala in the Hamptons and is also consistently a Pacesetter in the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer walk in Central Park. Mark is also involved with the Prep for Prep charity as a member of their Associates Council, and hires summer interns from their program. Currently, Mark lives in New York City with his wife Sara, son Dylan, and daughter Sloane. KL WEALTH MANAGEMENT 5

Marcia E. Cohen, CFP Financial Advisor Marcia Cohen is an experienced financial, operational, sales and marketing executive with more than 30 years of experience working with clients in the financial services industry. She is decisive, with a reputation for strong work ethic and high energy. Marcia is committed to providing high quality services and seeking to deliver results to her clients. Marcia leads the team s financial planning efforts acting as a personal chief financial officer for clients and playing the quarterback in all of their financial matters. Marcia has experience with privately held and publicly traded companies in private equity, investment banking, technology, digital media, and not-for-profit organizations. She has also provided tax, cash management and financial planning services to ultra high net-worth individuals. Marcia has served on panels at numerous venture and private equity conferences. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Marcia was a Partner at Geller & Company, a financial advisory firm that provides wealth management and family office services, outsourced strategic CFO and related capabilities, high level technology outsourcing, tax and accounting services. Clients included Fortune 50 Multinationals, emerging businesses, middle-market companies, private equity firms, ultra high net-worth individuals, sports, entertainment and philanthropic enterprises. Marcia started her career working for Coopers & Lybrand and Salomon Brothers. She is an AICPA Personal Financial Specialist, a CPA* and a member of the AICPA and the NY State Society of CPA s. Marcia is also a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLAN- NER (CFP ) and holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Delaware. Marcia currently serves as Treasurer and a member of the Board of Directors for the Susan G. Komen for the Cure, Central and South Jersey Affiliate. She is also a member of the Board of Directors for Transport Group, a non-profit, off- Broadway theatre company in New York City. Rachel Yadao Relationship Manager Rachel is the Relationship Manager for the KL Wealth Management Group. She has 12 years of experience in the financial services industry and has her Series 3, 7 and 66 licenses. Rachel began working with the KL Wealth Management Group at UBS Financial Services in March 2008 and moved with the team to Morgan Stanley in January 2011. Prior to working at UBS, Rachel worked at Oppenheimer as a Registered Sales Assistant for 4 years. She helps provide operational and client service support including new accounts, account transfers, foreign currency transactions, managed account operations and credit line accounts. Rachel graduated from Bernard M. Baruch College with a BBA in Finance. She currently lives in Queens, NY and has two children. Holly McNulty Portfolio Associate Holly is portfolio management associate with four and a half years in the wealth management industry. After graduating from the Macaulay Honors College at Baruch College with a BBS in Finance and Investments, Holly became a Client Associate at Merrill Lynch, where she passed her Series 7 and 66 exams. Holly moved to UBS in January 2009 and began working with the KL Wealth Management Group in December 2009. Holly passed her Series 3 at UBS, and moved with the team to Morgan Stanley in January 2011. With the team, she helps provide operations and client service support, including account maintenance, funds transfers, and reporting. Holly resides in Queens, and spends her free time at Yankee Stadium rooting for the Bombers. She is also part of the Financial Women s Association of NY, where she mentors high school students and raises funds for mentoring and scholarship programs, and is active in the Macaulay Alumni community.
