15 Biographies Ken Ramos is a Senior Vice President of Wealth Management and Portfolio Manager. He brings over 15 years of investment experience to R and R Partners. Ken works closely with individuals, family offices and registered investment advisors to structure tailored tax efficient portfolios. Ken joined in He was a Managing Director at Bear Stearns for six years where he worked with clients to create custom fixed income portfolios. Ken began his career at Tucker Anthony where he was a Vice President of Fixed Income for five years trading fixed income securities. Ken has a B.S. in Finance from Rutgers University. He is a member of xxx club. Gary Rudow is a Senior Vice President of Wealth Management. He joined in 2008 where his primary focus is the coordination of debt and equity capital markets for high net worth individuals and institutions. Prior to joining, Gary was a Senior Managing Director at Bear Stearns for five years where he developed fixed income strategies for individual and institutions. Gary was also a Senior Vice President at Gruntal and Company for three years and Vice President at Tucker Anthony for seven years. He began his career at Citibank Private Bank. Gary holds a B.S. in Economics from Rutgers University. He is a Board member of Sports Angels. Cindy Rudbart is a Senior Vice President of Wealth Management. She holds the title of Portfolio Manager and brings over 25 years of experience creating customized portfolios for high net worth individuals, institutions and foundations to. Prior to joining the firm in January, she was a Managing Director and senior portfolio manager at Fiduciary Trust Company International for 4 ½ years. She also spent 12 years managing balanced portfolios at HSBC Bank USA and 13 years at Citibank Global Asset Management. where she managed taxable, tax exempt and balanced portfolios. Cindy earned her MBA in Finance from Fordham University Graduate School of Management and a BS in Finance from the University of Maryland Smith School of Business. She is a member of the Financial Women's Association and Board Member and past president of Business and Professional Women s Division of UJANNJ. 14
16 Biographies Karen Yee is the R and R team s Registered Client Service Associate. Having previously worked with Ken Ramos and Gary Rudow for 5 years at Bear Stearns, she joined Morgan Stanley with them in Karen is responsible for managing all client support functions and works closely with the Groups high net worth clients as well as administrative departments with the firm to help facilitate client service, trade settlement and account maintenance. A graduate of Syracuse University with a B.A. in fine arts, Karen is fluent in Mandarin. The Private Banker supporting R and R Partners is: Alexandra Chau is a private banker with Private Bank, National Association, supporting the Smith Barney 1211 Avenue of the Americas complex. Alexandra has five years of experience in the financial services industry. Before joining, Alexandra worked with Accredited Home Lenders and then as a financial specialist and private banker at Wachovia, where she was named Top Performing Financial Specialist in Manhattan in 2008 and Alexandra graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Boston University School of Management in 2005 with a BS in finance. 15
