3 Research + / Methodology It is proposed to create the necessary infrastructure for experimental development of scientific work, particularly with the complementation of a laboratory with adequate equipment and conditions to develop research activities assigned. 4 Awareness / Metodology Technology promotion in Colombia of the sensitized solar cells through defined actions in education and practical application provides a comprehensive program of awareness of technologies with low environmental impact. Conducting sensitization programs on the use of low environmental impact technologies, with emphasis on photovoltaic technology, the radio station and TV channel National University, as well as commercial stations and TV channels tuned in broad country. Technological Activities Installation of small solar demonstration plant into a cultural center of Bogotá highly visited by tourists from all over the country. Dissemination of project and program specific promotion via the website Ecotechsy, and the National University of Colombia, and other websites related to the project in general. Installation of small solar plants in a rural area of high social impact.
